The hotel has advised that room reservations need to be cancelled individually. There are no cancellation penalties. Just make sure to do this by June 23rd.
A link for booking in the new room block for next July will be provided when available. It may not be available until July as they usually start booking a year out.
I don't need to cancel anything. I could not attend this year, which is why I'm glad it's been postponed. I intend to make a road trip next year to get to the meetup.
