Should TFMU 2020 be postponed until 2021?

I have spoken with the Director of Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown and we have been given the option to postpone our meetup to July 15-18, 2021 at the same rate. I will need to sign an addendum to the contract (there will also be a new Impossibility Clause which covers such things as the pandemic and travel).
The hotel is open and will be having events in June so we can still have the meetup as scheduled if that is what we decide. They will reduce the F&B minimum and room attrition , which is what I was most worried about. Personally, I still want to go. I would bring my own towels, sheets and pillow cases. I would resist my urge to hug my beautiful friends. I would provide you with cleaning supplies to further disinfect if that would make you feel more comfortable.
I was *this close* to signing a contract for TFMU 2021 in the great city of Cleveland at a really cool hotel right by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame just before the world changed. So if we decide to still meet in Austin in 2020, know that TFMU 2021 is going to happen.

My vote is to postpone until July 2021. If we decide to proceed with the Meetup in 2020, I’ve already made a decision not to go. I’m waiting for the final decision before I cancel my room. If the whole thing gets moved then I will just move my hotel reservations to whatever date it gets moved to. If we decide to keep the June meetup then I will cancel.
I’m good with either! I would love to go this year, as long as Texas lets us in!
Unfortunately with so many people out of work, me being one of them, there is no way financially that I can make it this year. Next year when money will be better and time off available from a new job would definitely be better.
I need to clarify if it is Cleveland next year I won’t be able to. If it stays in Austin then I can because I am local. I would love to keep it this year but as a local RN, I totally understand the need to change it.
I won’t be able to go next year in July. Our trip that was supposed to be this August got rescheduled to July/August next year. We don’t know the exact dates yet because it is the Tokyo Olympics.
